Crypto relative strength
Crypto relative strength on an RRG uses Bitcoin as the benchmark, so you can see which coins are leading or lagging Bitcoin.
Crypto relative strength here is measured against Bitcoin. Ethereum, Solana, BNB, XRP, Cardano, Dogecoin, Avalanche, Chainlink, Litecoin, and Polkadot are the default set. Bitcoin itself is the benchmark, so it is not one of the dots. A coin at strength 100 has matched Bitcoin over the window. A coin above 100 has been stronger than Bitcoin.
That framing matters. In a rally where everything rises, a coin can be up a lot and still lag Bitcoin. The RRG shows the second fact. In a selloff, a coin can be down and still lead Bitcoin if it fell less.
You can switch the benchmark to Ethereum if you want the rest of the set measured against ETH instead. Add or remove coins from the suggestion list in Tune. The calculation does not change. The quadrants still mean leading, weakening, lagging, and improving.
Crypto trades every day, including weekends, so a weekly point is the last close of that week. Daily data is available in Tune when you want the path inside the week. The same caution as equities applies more sharply: the path is a description of relative closes, and thin coins move farther than the picture can be traded.
